The following sequence assumes that the <br />existing portion of Vineyard Ave. north of Tawny will rema. in as <br />is through the initial construction phase, The initial project <br />would include a two lane road from Vineyard to the north ba~fi~ of <br />the Creek and the intersection with the new proposed Del Va]le <br />Parkway. The Auf-der-Maur project would be responsible for <br />construction beyond that point.. The following is a step by s~ep <br />sequence of the work anticipated. <br /> <br />Obtain an aerial topographic map from Tawny to the north bank <br />of the creek. The remainder of the project has topography <br />available and is currently being filled. Cross-sectiens at <br />50 ft. intervals between Vineyard and the south creek bank <br />would supp]ement the topo. <br /> <br />Plot all property lines and right of ways from record data on <br />the topographic map and prepare the preliminary plan line for <br />Pico from Tawny to Stanley. <br /> <br />3. Prepare preliminary plan line for the interim right of way be- <br /> tween Vineyard Ave. and the creek. <br /> <br />The preliminary engineering to establish items 2 and 3 above <br />would include preliminary profiles, typical sections, slope <br />easements where necessary, and coordination of the creek cross- <br />ing with zone 7. <br /> <br />Attendance at meetings with City staff, Zone 7, property owners, <br />and g0vern~ng bodies toward approval o~ the preliminary plan <br />line. <br /> <br />6.
