The following sequence assumes that the existing portion of Vineyard Ave. north of Tawny will rema. in as is through the initial construction phase, The initial project would include a two lane road from Vineyard to the north ba~fi~ of the Creek and the intersection with the new proposed Del Va]le Parkway. The Auf-der-Maur project would be responsible for construction beyond that point.. The following is a step by s~ep sequence of the work anticipated. Obtain an aerial topographic map from Tawny to the north bank of the creek. The remainder of the project has topography available and is currently being filled. Cross-sectiens at 50 ft. intervals between Vineyard and the south creek bank would supp]ement the topo. Plot all property lines and right of ways from record data on the topographic map and prepare the preliminary plan line for Pico from Tawny to Stanley. 3. Prepare preliminary plan line for the interim right of way be- tween Vineyard Ave. and the creek. The preliminary engineering to establish items 2 and 3 above would include preliminary profiles, typical sections, slope easements where necessary, and coordination of the creek cross- ing with zone 7. Attendance at meetings with City staff, Zone 7, property owners, and g0vern~ng bodies toward approval o~ the preliminary plan line. 6.
