Mr. Alan Campbell
October 3, 1979

Page two

Prepare final precise plan line on Pico from Tawny to Stanley.
This would include supplemental x-sections at 50 ft. ~tervals
from Tawny to item 1 above. Ties to existing buildings, trees~
and driveway conforms wo~lld be included, sufficient for
street design and setting the final right of way.

Prepare right of way r~ecord map for Pico from Tawny
This map would also reflect the interim right of way betw~.~
Vineyard and the

The above work has not :ineh~ded the De] Valle Parkway. Upon,
reviewing the [~relimi. nary maps o:[' the Auf-der-Maur p:~'ojec~.,
the only revis~on to the parkway is within that project sad
perhaps a conform area on the adjacent parcel. It would seem
adequate ~o simpJy show schema~cally the new alignment of
modified reach for adoption by the Council, and the la~er mapp-
ing of the Auf-der--Maur project would] set the alignment.
fact the portion af Dice within that project could he excluded
from the record map but shown on the precise plan

10.

The topographic maps would be furnished on plan and profile
sheets at 1"=40'. The preliminary and final precise pl.a~ line
maps would be sepias of the above such that the mylars
be retained for the final design project.

Items 1 thru 6 would be considered Phase Iand the remainder Phase
II. We would propose a time and materials type contract with an
estimated fee for Phase I of $].3,500 and Phase II of $17,000.

It would be ideal if the aerial tope could be flown after the leaves
drop and before the rains. The preliminary plan should be completed
in 90 days from date of authorization. Phase II should he completed
in 90 days from date of Phase I approval.

Ver truly yours,

Richard Brsden

RB :jb
