3. Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous service - twenty (20) vacation days. 4. Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more - twenty-five (25) vacation days. 5. Payment of up to five (5) days accumulated vacation, said payment to be made at the end of the calendar year provided the employee's current year's vacation entitlement has been used and provided that the total amount of accumulated vacation is in excess of twenty (20) days. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in City and County Credit Union. Holidays. Holidays shall be as set forth in Section 1109 of the Personnel Rules except that; the state-wide election day is deleted and a floating holiday substituted, and Veterans' Day shall be observed on the eleventh day of the eleventh month. Uniform Allowance. A uniform allowance of $225 per year will be paid for those police and fire department management employees required to wear a uniform. 3. Vehicle Usage/Allowance Unrestricted use by the Director of Public Works and Utilities and the Chief of Police of a vehicle furnished by the City, provided the Director of Public Works and Utilities and Chief of Police license said vehicles and pay for any gasoline related to the personal use thereof. An automobile allowance is optionally available for all management employees except the Director of Public Works and Utilities, Chief of Police and Police Research and Training Assistant, under criteria established by the City Manager. During the term of this document the following positions shall receive an automobile allowance: Assist- ant City Manager, Assistant to the City Manager, Chief Building In- spector, Director of Planning and Community Development, Director of Recreation and Human Resources, and Accounting Officer. The monthly automobile allowance shall be $150 per month and payment of 15¢ per mile for all miles traveled on City business outside the Livermore/ Amador Valley. For said automobile allowance and mileage reimburse- ment employees shall use their personal vehicles for City business. Retirement System. All management employees shall be members of the State Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).
