EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />For the period commencing October 1, 1979, and ending September 30, 1980, the salary <br />ranges and supplementary benefits for management employees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />I. Salary Ranges. Supplementary Benefits. <br /> <br />Medical. Fully paid premiums for either the Blue Cross Plan or the Kaiser <br />"S" Plan with optical and prescription drug options. A post-retirement <br />medical benefit of premium contribution up to $150 per month for two years <br />after retirement is optionally available under criteria established by the <br />City Manager. During the term of ~his document the following positions are <br />entitled to the post-retirement medical benefit: Police Chief, Police Cap- <br />tain, Police Lieutenant (2), Fire Chief, Fire Prevention Officer, Director <br />Of Public Works and Utilities, Public Works Field Superintendent (Sanitary <br />Sewers), Public Works Field Superintendent (Water), and Police Research and <br />Training Assistant. <br /> <br />B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value equal <br />to twice the annual salary of the employee. Additional life insurance <br />coverage to be available at the expense of the employee. <br /> <br />D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability insurance. <br /> <br />Seven days administrative leave per fiscal year not to be taken in conjunction <br />with annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, January and July, <br />if not taken. <br /> <br />F. Vacation. <br /> <br />1. One (1) through four (4) years of continuous service - ten (10) <br /> vacation days. <br />2. Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous service - fifteen <br /> (15) vacation days. <br /> <br /> <br />
