PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1854 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />Z-80-13, APPLICATION OF MERLE TELFORD. <br /> <br />Merle Telford has applied for design review approval <br />for a commercial/office complex consisting' of three <br />buildings containing a total of 16,653 sq. ft. to <br />be located at 235 Main Street. The property is <br />zoned C-C/C-O (Central Commercial, Civic Overlay) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 12, 1980 at which <br /> time all reports, documents and testimony were received~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br /> The Planning Commission recommends approval of case <br /> Z-80-13 subject to the following conditions:. <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as'shown .0~ <br /> the site plan, elevations and landscape plan, .I <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division <br /> except that the eastern wall of building D be the <br /> same height as the northern wall of that structure <br /> and the northern wall end flush with the eastern <br /> wall. <br /> <br />2. That a 10 ft. by 30 ft. loading berth be created <br /> in the vicinity of parking spaces 41 and 42 and <br /> that these two parking spaces be devoted to land- <br /> scaping. .. <br /> <br /> 3. That a slump stone wall similar in height, color and <br /> appearance to the existing Valley Bank wall be con- <br /> structed alonE the 59.91' and 22' sections of the <br /> northwestern property lines and from the 22' segment <br /> to the northeastern corner of Building 'E' and that <br /> the two existing fences along those property lines <br /> be removed. (~As ~nDdified by City Council) <br /> <br />4. That the entrance drive from Main Street be <br /> widened to make it as wide as the entrance drive <br /> at 201 Main Street. <br /> <br />That the area to the rear of building E shall be <br />paved and maintained in a neat orderly manner at <br />all times and that access be provided to this <br />area via an outside doorway in building E. <br /> <br /> <br />
