CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-72 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MERLE TELFORD FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR A COM}I~RCIAL/OFFICE COMPLEX CONSISTING OF THREE BUILDINGS CONTAINING A TOTAL OF 16,653 SQUARE FEET TO BE LOCATED AT 235 MAIN STREET, PLEASANTON WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 25, 1980, the City Council received a report from the Director of Planning and Community Develop- ment dated March 18, 1980, together with attachments, recom- mending that Council uphold the action taken by the Planning Commission on March 12, 1980, and approve case Z-80-13, subject to all conditions set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1854; and WHEREAS, after the public hearing at its meeting of March 25, 1980, Council adopted Resolution No. 80-71 (Approving a Negative Declaration for the Application of Merle Telford For Design Review Approval for a Commercial/Office Complex Consisting of Three Buildings Containing a Total of 16,653 Square Feet to be Located at 235 Main Street), which determined that the proposed application would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL ~OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Merle Telford for design review approval for a commercial/office complex consisting of three buildings containing a total of 16,653 square feet to be located at 235 Main Street, Case Z-80-13, subject to all conditions in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1854, as modified by Council and attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately.
