to help write guidelines,.to negotiate a bank agreement to facilitate finan- <br />cial assistance to prgperty owners, and to train personnel. Such time shall <br />be primarily at the COUNTY offices and shall not exceed one-hundred and fifty <br />hours. <br /> <br />The term of this Agreement begins on the date and year first written above <br />and ends on June 30, 1981. <br /> <br />Any party may terminate this Agreement for csuse without notification. The <br />Agreement may only be terminated, without cause, before the date stated in <br />paragraph 5, above, by the mutual agreement of all three jurisdictions. <br /> <br />No alteration or variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be valid <br />unless made in writing and signed by all three parties hereto. <br /> <br />In the event of a claim or legal action filed against the rehabilitation <br />program or any sponsoring jurisdictions due to an asserted act or omission <br />by the program, each jurisdiction shall share proportionately to its economic <br />contribution in providing defense, if such claim is not covered by insurance. <br />Each jurisdiction agrees to cooperate fully in defending such claim or litiga- <br />tion.
