The Program .11 provide technical and financial assistance to property owners to aid in the rehabilitation of housing, and shall be organized and operated as stated in Exhibit A of the Agreement. 2. The Program shall be administered in accordance with the requirements of the above mentioned cooperation agreements and the regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. 3. For administration of the Program, including, but not limited to, salaries, office supplies, rent, travel expenses, LIVEP~ORE shall allocate to the Program thirty-thousand dollars ($30,000); PLEASANTON shall allocate twenty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($22,500) to Livermore for the Program, and the COUNTY shall allocate ten thousand dollars ($10,000), to Livermore for the Program, for a total amount for administration of sixty-two thousand five-hundred dollars ($62,500). LIVERMORE shall allocate seventy-thousand dollars ($70,0002 to the Program to be used for loans and grants for housing rehabilitation in Livermore. PLEASANTON shall allocate fifty-two thousand five-hundred dollars ($52,500) to Livermore for the Program to be used for loans and grants in Pleasanton; and the COUNTY shall allocate twenty-three thousand dollars ($23,000) to Livermore for the Program to be used for loans and grants for housing rehabilitation in the unineorporated county. No funds from one jurisdiction allocated for loan and grants shall be used for loans or grants to property owners in another jurisdiction. Any funds remaining at the end of the contract period which are not spent or committed to be spent shall return to the jurisdiction from which they were allocated and be subject to the established Urban County reall0cation procedures, 5. From the time this agreement is executed by the three jurisdictions until January 1, 1981, the COUNTY shall assist in the initiation and formation of the Housing Rehabilitation Program through the allocation of staff time
