There should be a <br />station near the Stoneridge Shopping Center and the location of additional <br />stations, if any, should be determined at a future date. <br /> <br />Realign the frontage road paralleling 1-580 between Old Santa Rita Road and <br />Santa Rita Road so that it extends approximately through the middle of the <br />50 acre parcel owned by George Oakes. <br /> <br />Change all multi-family residential zoned property in the area between <br />Pleasanton Avenue, Rose Avenue, Fair Street and Division Street from <br />Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. <br /> <br /> <br />
