LIST OF PROPERTIES REQUIRING AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />// <br /> <br />Eliminate the two school sites in the area described 'in number 15 above. <br /> <br />Relocate the park in the area described in number 15 west of Oakland Avenue <br />and make it 5 acres in size. <br /> <br />Change the 4 acre site at the northeast corner of Fairlands DriVe and Las <br />Positas Boulevard from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the 184 acre Staples Ranch property located on the south side of 1-580 <br />east of Pleasanton Meadows from General and Limited Industrial to Agriculture <br />and Grazing. <br /> <br />Change the BART alignment to make it parallel to or within the 1-580 <br />right-of-way for its entire Iength through the planning area. There should be a <br />station near the Stoneridge Shopping Center and the location of additional <br />stations, if any, should be determined at a future date. <br /> <br />Realign the frontage road paralleling 1-580 between Old Santa Rita Road and <br />Santa Rita Road so that it extends approximately through the middle of the <br />50 acre parcel owned by George Oakes. <br /> <br />Change all multi-family residential zoned property in the area between <br />Pleasanton Avenue, Rose Avenue, Fair Street and Division Street from <br />Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. <br /> <br /> <br />
