LIST OF PROPERTIES REQUIRING AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br /> <br />Change the northernmost 20 acres of the 88 acre parcel located between the <br />Stoneridge Shopping Center and 1-680 from High Density, Residential to <br />Commercial and Offices. <br /> <br />Move the park presently shown at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and 1-680 to the middle of the 88 acre High Density Residential <br />site mentioned in number 1 above, and reduce it in size to 5 acres. <br /> <br />3. Change the K-6 school site shown in the 88 acre parcel to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the San Francisco Water Department property located between Bernal Avenue, <br />1-680 and the WesternPacific Railroad tracks from Agriculture and Grazing or <br />Industrial to Agriculture and Grazing. <br /> <br />5. Change that portion of the G.E. Vallecitos property not occupied by structures <br /> from Industrial to Agriculture and Grazing. <br /> <br />6. Change the alignment of Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard between <br /> Hopyard Road and Santa Rita Road so that Stoneridge Drive is extended eastward <br /> and becomes the major street with West Las Positas Boulevard curving northward <br /> and teeing into it west of Tassajara Creek. <br /> <br />7. Change the area between the Arroyo Mocho, Hopyard Road, West Las Positas/Stoneridge <br /> and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks from General and Limited Industrial to <br /> High Density Residential, excluding the westernmost 5 to 10 acres. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Change the wester-most 5 to 10 acres mentioned in number 7 above from General <br />and Limited Industrial to Commercial and Offices. This area should remain <br />Industrial if the remainder of the area mentioned in number 7 is not changed <br />to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Place a 5 acre neighborhood park within the area described in number 7. <br /> <br />Change the easternmost 1.6 acres of the Tam Investment Company property located <br />at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue from Public and <br />Institutional to Commercial and Offices. <br /> <br />Change the two underdeveloped parcels totalling 8.6 acres located on the north <br />side of Valley Avenue immediately west of the Valley Plaza shopping center from <br />Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the 9.3 acre parcel on the south side of Valley Avenue immediately west <br />of the Amador shopping center from Parks and Recreation to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Continue the McManus property access road eastward and connect it to Sutter <br />Gate Drive, <br /> <br />Change the Sunol Corporation Yard and Sewage Treatment Plant site, the 20 acres <br />of City owned land immediately west of the sewage treatment plant and the 5 <br />acre San Francisco Water Department site north of the City property from Public <br />and Institutional a~d General and Limited Industrial to High Density Residential. <br />This property totals approximately 40 acres in size. <br /> <br />15. Place a 2~ acre park in the 40 acre site described in number 14 above. <br /> <br />16. Change the area bounded by Martin Avenue, the Arroyo Mocho, Oakland Avenue and <br /> the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks from Medium Density Residential to Low <br /> Density Residential.
