LIST OF PROPERTIES REQUIRING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> <br />1. Change the 9.8 acre parcel immediately south of Foothill High School from <br /> Public and Institutional to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />2. Change the 140 acre U.S. Army property located between Stoneridge Drive and <br /> Johnson Drive from Agriculture and Grazing to Public and Institutional. <br /> <br />3. Change the Department of Motor Vehicles site on West Las Positas Boulevard <br /> west of Hopyard Road from Commercial and Offices to Public and Institutional. <br /> <br />Change the westernmost two school sites in the Del Prado area and the 10 acre <br />high density residential site west of Valley Avenue between Hartsen Drive and <br />Paseo Santa Cruz to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change 10 acres of the Medium Density Residential property located on the west <br />side of the extension of Valley Avenue in the Del Prado area to High Density <br />Residential in such a manner that High Density Residential would then extend <br />from Hansen Drive northeastward to the proposed tennis center park at Hopyard <br />Road and Valley Avenue. <br /> <br />6. Add a 5 acre neighborhood park to the western part of the Del Prado area. <br /> <br /> 8. <br /> <br /> 9. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Change the K-5 school site southwest of the Arroyo Mocho and Southern Pacific <br />Railroad tracks to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the high school site on Sycamore Road to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the area between the Sycamore Road high school site and Sunol Boulevard <br />from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the approximately 1.1 acre site located between the extension of Pico <br />Avenue and St. Augustine's Catholic Church from Medium Density Residential to <br />High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the 9.4 acre site located at the northeast corner of Vineyard-Tawny- <br />Pico intersection from Public and Institutional to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change all relatively flat iand (under approximately 10% slope) lying southeast <br />of St. Augustine's Catholic Church from Open Space for Public Health and <br />Safety to Low Density Residential. This area should not exceed 100 acres in <br />size. <br /> <br />Extend Railroad Avenue from Spring Street to Ray Street. <br /> <br />Change the east side of First from Abbie Street to Vineyard Avenue from High <br />Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />Change the three parcels totalling 3.5 acres located on the east side of <br />Tassajara Road north of Fire Station No. 3 from High Density Residential to <br />Commercial and Offices. <br /> <br />Change the approximately 4 acre Deetz property located at the north end of <br />Pleasanton Avenue from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> <br />
