AGREEMENT FOR ALLOCATION OF SE~R CONNECTIONS <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to <br />as "City"), and ALFRED FROMM, (hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"Fromm"), effective this day of , 1981. <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Fromm is the owner of the approximately 100 acre property <br />located adjacent to Bernal Avenue and 1-680 in the City of <br />Pleasanton, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("Subject Property"). <br /> <br /> B. Fromm intends to develop a high quality business park <br /> <br />on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> Co The Subject Property has been annexed to the City of <br />Pleasanton and has received a general plan designation of <br />Industrial/Commercial. <br /> <br /> D. The City has entered into an agreement with Willow <br /> <br />West Properties for development of 500,000 gallons per day (GPD) <br />of "additional sewer capacity" at the Dublin San Ramon Services <br />District Plant (DSRSD) and in the Livermore-Amador Valley Water <br />Management Agency (LAVWMA) export pipeline. (Said agreement <br />is attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein and <br />designated as Exhibit "B"). The use of the capacity is limited <br />to industrial (including non-retail commercial) uses.
