2.4 JURISDICTIONAL WATERS <br />Jurisdictional waters include rivers, creeks, and drainages that have a defined bed and bank and <br />which, at the very least, carry ephemeral flows. Jurisdictional waters also include lakes, ponds, <br />reservoirs, and wetlands. Such waters may be subject to the regulatory authority of the U.S. <br />Army Corps of Engineers (USAGE), the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), and <br />the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB).
