PAP-127 (Appeal of PAP-123/PDR-715) TIMELINE <br />appeal to the next available Planning Commission date <br />in hopes that the two parties could reach an agreement. <br />September 24, 2008 The Planning Commission was informed that the <br />property owner was not amenable changing the <br />conditions. The Planning Commission upheld the <br />Zoning Administrators approval and amended the <br />conditions of approval to reflect the requests presented <br />by the neighbors in the appeal. <br />October 6, 2008 The property owner filed an appeal of the Planning <br />Commission's decision to amend the Zoning <br />Administrator's conditions of approval. <br />3 of 3 <br />
