It would be submitted in five <br />copies to the City for review. Comments reviewed would be incorporated into the <br />Final Report for the study. <br /> <br />Schedule and Fee <br /> <br /> Realizing that time is of the essence and that findings are desired by March <br />1~ we propose to submit a draft report on or about February 25~ 1985. This <br />schedule should allow enough time for proper review and input by you and other <br />City staff. <br /> <br /> We furnish an estimated fee of $5~300 to perform the tasks outlined herein. <br />This estimate includes approximately 70 professional hours~ 40 secretarial/drafting <br />hour% 16 clerical hours~ plus about $400 in direct costs for travel~ reproductions~ <br />communication~ material% and supplies. Reimbursement would be based on a <br />multiplier o~ 2.65 apFlied to payroll costs (salary plus bene~its)~ and direct costs <br />would be billed at our cost. Monthly invoices would be submitted showing actual <br />expenditures incurred. <br /> <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to present our proposal to perform this <br />important project.
