That the service station, if abandoned f_or a period of ninety (90) days or more, may be required to be removed by the City at the expense of the property owner or Texaco, Inc. The City shall have the right to remove the service station with the cost being levied against the property owner or Texaco, Inc. i.f the responsible parties fail, ~. tO d0 SO. 20.
