Mr. Roush said there had been discussion about revising the preannexation agreement, <br />but there has been no application since that time. Council can change that at its discretion on a <br />case by case basis. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky asked if the traffic committee minutes could be presented to the School <br />Liaison Committee for review. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky then referred to the Bemal Property. He believed it would be a long time <br />before any development occurs on the public land and asked if Council would allow a temporary <br />4H facility. There is no space to raise cattle at this time and he asked if that could be allowed <br />temporarily. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell was concerned about setting a precedent for uses on this land. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico asked how much land is needed? <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky said one-half acre would suffice. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico asked if there were any other City-owned land that might fit this use, such as <br />near the Alviso Adobe. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan said staff would investigate the possibilities. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala referred to discussions with the owners of the property adjacent to the Alviso <br />Adobe and the possibility of dedicating some land for 4H use.
