CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> A closed session was held before the meeting at 6:00 p.m. Michael Roush <br />announced that a decision had been made to direct staff to file a letter with the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board and the State Water Quality Control Board appealing the <br />decision of the Executive Director to issue the permit concerning the reverse osmosis <br />project. Council strongly urged Zone 7 to join with the City of Pleasanton and support <br />from other political officials, such as the Govemor, would be solicited. <br /> <br />10.
