Item 9b
PUD-81-25-3M. Fremont Bank
Application for a minor modification to PUD-81-2~ for the Stanley Business Park to amend
the list of allowed uses by adding barbershopS and beauty shops as permitted uses.
(IR 94:70)

Mr. Pico asked if he should be disqualified from discussion since he has a home loan
with Fremont Bank. Mr. Roush indicated that so long has his loan had the same market rate
as others, then there would be no conflict.

Council discussed the current uses in this area and whether it was appropriate to have
beauty shops in the area. It was determined that the business would determine which building
it wanted to be in and it was the consensus that the parking requirements would limit the use to
those buildings which already have some office type use.

No action was required or taken on this item.

10.
