It was moved by Councilman Mori and seconded by Councilman Pearson that the application for Sanitary Holding Tanks for Lots 3, 4, and 6 in Tract No. 2892, Longview, be denied. Mayor Reid stated ~ that this matter was referred to this meeting to clarify the policy regarding usage of holding tanks. Mr. Edgar stated that the policy is clear and precise. Councilman ·Pearson stated that this policy is not to be used as a mech- anism for circumventing sewage restrictions and indicated that he felt that· this application does just this. Discussion ensued on each~of the above proposed appointments.
