The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Gerton Final Determination' Reqarding Ballot Measures Mr. Edgar stated that the salary of City Treasurer could not be changed during the 4 year tenure of office but it can be changed at this time, effective when the Treasurer takes office in April.
