CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilman Kinney reported on the Park and Recreation Commission meeting of February 4, 1975, regarding Budget priorities. Councilwoman LeClaire reported on two Bicentennial Committee meetings and stated plans were progressing very well for fund raising projects and Festival Committee proposals. Councilman Philcox reported that the Chamber of Commerce has reorganized and will have more input to City Council regarding items of interest to them. Councilman Philcox stated there would be a COVA meeting February 13, 1975, and requested the Council members submit any areas of concern they desired to have considered by COVA. Councilman Kinney stated there would be a meeting on February 18, 1975, 8:00 P.M., at the Pleasanton Justice Court, regarding health care services. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS Councilman Philcox stated that since the Housing Authority Board meeting time had been changed to the third Wednesday night of the month, he would have to be replaced as liaison to this Board due to conflect with LAVWMA and Zone 7 meetings the same night. Councilman Herlihy presented a Livermore Air Pollution Study prepared by Jerry J. Cohen. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pending Litigation; Appointments Mayor Mori recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:10 P.M. Mayor Mori reconvened the meeting at 10:25 P.M. It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Philcox, authorizing the City Attorney to advise the City of Los Angeles of Pleasanton's interest in L.A.'s suit against Los Angeles County for double taxation for various public services. Councilwoman LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, that the City Attorney be instructed to respond to various agencies which received San Ramon Homeowners Association's letter regarding expansion of the V.C.S.D. sewage treatment plant.
