285 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no communications presented~ at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilman Kinney reported on the Park and Recreation Commission meeting of <br />February 4, 1975, regarding Budget priorities. <br /> <br /> Councilwoman LeClaire reported on two Bicentennial Committee meetings and <br />stated plans were progressing very well for fund raising projects and Festival <br />Committee proposals. <br /> <br /> Councilman Philcox reported that the Chamber of Commerce has reorganized and <br />will have more input to City Council regarding items of interest to them. <br /> <br /> Councilman Philcox stated there would be a COVA meeting February 13, 1975, <br />and requested the Council members submit any areas of concern they desired to <br />have considered by COVA. <br /> <br /> Councilman Kinney stated there would be a meeting on February 18, 1975, <br />8:00 P.M., at the Pleasanton Justice Court, regarding health care services. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilman Philcox stated that since the Housing Authority Board meeting time <br />had been changed to the third Wednesday night of the month, he would have to be <br />replaced as liaison to this Board due to conflect with LAVWMA and Zone 7 meetings <br />the same night. <br /> <br /> Councilman Herlihy presented a Livermore Air Pollution Study prepared by <br />Jerry J. Cohen. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pending Litigation; Appointments <br /> Mayor Mori recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 10:10 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mori reconvened the meeting at 10:25 P.M. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Kinney, and seconded by Philcox, authorizing the <br />City Attorney to advise the City of Los Angeles of Pleasanton's interest in L.A.'s <br />suit against Los Angeles County for double taxation for various public services. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by. Councilwoman LeClaire, and seconded by Councilman Herlihy, <br />that the City Attorney be instructed to respond to various agencies which received <br />San Ramon Homeowners Association's letter regarding expansion of the V.C.S.D. <br />sewage treatment plant. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Councilwoman LeClaire, Councilman Philcox, <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:30 P.M., it was moved by Councilman <br />Herlihy, and seconded by Councilwoman LeClaire, that the meeting be adjourned <br />to meet again in Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on February 24, 1975. <br /> <br /> 5. 2/10/75 <br /> <br /> <br />
