MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS~ <br /> Councilmember McLain presented his report regarding rerouting of PG&E Trans- <br />mission Lines over a mobile home park on Vineyard Avenue, suggesting that a <br />letter be sent to East Bay Park and Recreation District in support of PG&E's <br />request. Council concurred to send letter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember McLain stated that in response to Bicentennial Project of <br />curbside house number painting, that this project be awarded to a local youth <br />group rather than any outsiders. <br /> <br /> Councilmember LeClaire requested that a sign be placed on Main Street <br />indicating the Public Parking Lot on St. Mary's Street. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney commented that the recent fire plug painting commemorating <br />Bicentennial was not good timing but would be discussed later. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney suggested that a complaint form be instituted for Council <br />items that could be handled administratively instead of at Council meetings, <br />and instructed staff to prepare a form for this particular use. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Kinney recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:25 P.M., <br />to discuss litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney reconvened the meeting at 11:55 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further Business at 11:57 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember McLain, that the meeting be adjourned to <br />meet again in AdJourned Regular Session at 7:00 P.M., on September 15, 1976. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />WILLIAM H.
