After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember McLatn, and seconded by Council- member Herlihy, that the Director of Planning be authorized to send letter to William Fraley, Alameda County Planning Department, regarding Pleasanton's comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, Reclamation Plan for Quarry Permit Q-76, with a change in the first paragraph to read, "We have certain areas which poten- tially are of concern to the City Council", and add a paragraph regarding legisla- tion increasing load level of trucks, and that it should be clearly stated that the City of Pleasanton favors the prohibition of filling depleted gravel quarries with solid waste over an underground water basin te be specifically stated in the proposed plan. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LoCiairs, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney NOES: None ABSENT: None The Mayor will prepare a letter requesting support of a similar statement from all cities in Alameda County. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Philcox, and seconded by Mayor Kinney, that Resolution No. 75-198, approving application from Anthony Vassallo for Septic Tank Approval at 2884 Foothill Road, subject to the follow- ing conditions: (1) That the conditions recommended by Alameda County Health Department be complied with; and (2) That the standard septic tank agreement be approved by City Council at this time and be executed prior to issuance of a building permit on this property, be adopted.
