55 <br /> <br />development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development for the approximately <br />48 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road, approximately 300 feet north <br />of Bernal Avenue, a single-family residential development, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was. moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br />Resolution No. 81-67, denying the appeal of Lee Henderson of a decision of the Board <br />of Adjustment, and approving Case V-81-2, a variance to allow the construction of a <br />~ hillside planned development without the required amount of common open space <br /> t 48 site located on the west side of Foothill Road near its intersection <br />on he acre <br />with Bernal Avenue, and adding the condition "That no structures shall be constructed <br />outside the designated building pad area ~efined as the 6,000 sq. ft. area on which <br />the house is to be centered), on each lot with the exception of fences to be approved <br />for design by the Planning Division", be adopted. <br />The roll .Gall vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 10:40 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 10:50 P.M. <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Butler, to approve the application for development plan for a Hillside <br />Planned Development for the approximately 48 acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road, approximately 300 feet north of Bernal Avenue for a 20-1ot, single- <br />family residential development, and amending Condition 33 of the Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 1930 to be subject to approval of the Design Review Board instead of <br />the Planning Commission. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> THE ABOVE ACTION WAS RESCINDED IN ACTION TAKEN AT THE END OF THIS .MEETING~.A~D. <br />DETAILED ON PAGES 13 AND 14.' <br />Application of the C.~t~ 0.f~Pleasanton to rezone from the "A" (A~rtcUlt~ral.)'
