76 Mr. Butler explained that he was in favor of Council and Planning Commissioners on the Steering Committee and that the San Francisco Property should have priority over the others. He felt that it was not necessary to review the process of the Steering Committee. It was agreed by Council that a report would be agendized after the Steering Committee met. It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, directing staff to continue processing the comprehensive General Plan update, the San Francisco Property Specific Plan and on-going long range projects.
