76 <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler explained that he was in favor of Council and <br /> Planning Commissioners on the Steering Committee and that the San <br /> Francisco Property should have priority over the others. He felt <br /> that it was not necessary to review the process of the Steering <br /> Committee. <br /> <br /> It was agreed by Council that a report would be agendized <br /> after the Steering Committee met. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, <br /> directing staff to continue processing the comprehensive General <br /> Plan update, the San Francisco Property Specific Plan and on-going <br /> long range projects. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Butler, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, that <br /> Resolution No. 92-111 be adopted, appointing the following to serve <br /> on the San Francisco Property Steering Committee: Hal McGuirk, <br /> Planning Commissioner; Bob Silva, Park and Recreation Commissioner; <br /> Clark Gunson, Pleasanton Unified School District; Mark Sweeney, <br /> Mayor's Affordable Housing Task Force; Steve Gilmour, a person with <br /> knowledge on golf course development; Nate Meeks, Residential <br /> Builder; Sharon Heinz, Downtown Business Person; Maudaline <br /> Marshall, Citizen-at-Large; Karin Mohr, City Councilmember; and Ken <br /> Mercer, Mayor. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 12c <br /> Adjustment to City Council Salaries (SR92:238) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1564 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br /> waiving further reading thereof, amending section 1 of Ordinance <br /> 1422 and Section 2.04.020 to the Pleasanton Municipal Code; <br /> approving increase of 5% for 1991 and an additional 5% for 1992, <br /> effective November or December of 1992. <br /> <br /> 6/2/92 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
