Item 71 <br />Memorandum of Understanding regarding organization of the Tri-Valley Subregional <br />Planning Pilot Project (SR95:62) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Resolution No. 95-25, <br />approving the Memorandum of Understanding and authorizing the Mayor to sign on behalf of <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 7m <br />Report on Airport Protectiou Area (IR95: 13) <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver indicated this item should be early on an agenda to inform the public of the <br />status of this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico referred to the FAA Section 150 study which refers to local jurisdictions to <br />impact the flight patterns that currently exist. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated this provides the only possible enforcement mechanism.
