6.68.070 "minister"), from any bona fide church or religious association, provided that: 1. The fees, gratuities, emoluments, and profits derived from the extrasensory consulting shall be regulazly accounted for and paid solely to or for the benefit of the bona fide church or religious organi- zation; 2. The bona fide church or religious association has submitted proof of tax exempt status to the Police Chief; and 3. The minister holding a certificate of ordination from such bona fide church or religious association shall file with the Police Chief a certified copy of the minister's certificate of ordination, and also a form including the minister's name, address, and phone number in the City where the religious ceremony or service involving extrasensory consulting is to be conducted. (Ord. 1770 § 1, 1999) 6.68.080 Revocation; Suspension: A. The permit issued by the Police Chief shall be revoked or suspended where it is found that the permittee has been convicted of any offense which would be cause for denial of a Police Department permit upon an original appli- cation, has made a false statement on an application for a Police Department per- mit, or has committed an act in violation of this Chapter. B. The Police Chief shall provide the permittee written notice of intent to re- voke or suspend the Police Department permit thirty (30) days prior to the effec- tive date of the revocation or suspension. The permittee has the right to request a hearing regazding the proposed revocation or suspension by sending written notice to the Police Chief within ten (10) days of the date of the notice. The Police Chief shall schedule such a hearing within fif- teen (15) days of receipt of the request, and shall issue a written decision within five (5) days of the hearing. C. The permittee has the right to ap- peal the decision of the Police Chief to the City Manager. A request for hearing by the City Manager shall be filed by the permittee with the City Clerk within ten (10) days of the date of the Police Chief's written decision. A hearing on the appeal shall be held before the City Manager, or his or her designee, within ten (10) days of filing of the request for appeal. The City Manager, or his or her designee, shall issue a written determination regazding the appeal within five (5) days of the hearing. (Ord. 1770 § 1, 1999) 6.68.090 Inspection: The Police Department shall, from time to time, make an inspection of each extra- sensory consulting establishment for the purpose of determining compliance with this Chapter.
