Planning Director Castro recommended <br />that this application be continued at which time the tentative map of Coataazo- <br />Wilson development will also be reviewed. At that time, the Commission will review <br />the RG-15 density. It is recommended to continue this to the meeting of March 12, <br />1969. Mr. Frost argued that if the application was postponed, Tentative Tract <br />Map #2904 would expire. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Plato, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, and carried, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Plato, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the <br />following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 857 <br />WHEREAS, a request for an extension of Tentative Tract <br />Map #2904 by D 6 V Builders, has came before <br />this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby approves an extension of <br />Tentative Tract Map #2904 until Apr11 29, 1969. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, and carried, <br />the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />BESOLUTION N0. 863 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D ~ V Builders, Inc., to amend <br />Zoning Ordinance No, 520 to rezone from an A <br />(Agricultural) District to an RM-1500 (Multiple <br />Residential) District that property described as <br />Parcel 2 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3265, <br />containing approximately 3.34 acres, or that <br />parcel co®only known as lying immediately north <br />of the E1 Rancho Motel on the west aide of Santa <br />Rita Road, has come before this Co®ission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby continues said application until <br />the regular meeting of the Planning Commission <br />on March 12, 1969. <br />b. Devrell <br />Application to rezone from an I-P (Industrial Park) District to a C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District that property described as Lot 28, Unit 4, Tract 2527, Assessor's <br />Map Book 48, Page 28, containing approximately .50 scree. <br />Chairman Plato opened the Public Hearing. Planning Director Castro advised the <br />Commission that he had received advice from the applicant that day that he wished to <br />withdraw hie application. <br />There being no comments offered by anyone, upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, <br />seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Caomissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, and carried, <br />the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 858 <br />WHEBEAS, the application of Tam J. Devrell to rezone from <br />an I-P (Industrial Park) District to a C-S <br />(Commercial Service) District that property des- <br />cribed as Lot 28, Unit 4, Tract 2527, Assessor's <br />Map Book 48, Page 28, containing approximately <br />.50 acres. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission, at the request of the <br />applicant, hereby withdraws RZ-69-3. <br />- 7 - <br />
