Over the past decade there have been six development projects proposed in the business park. The site and surrounding area are not currently considered as a desirable location for residential development. The site is an infill site and build out of the business park does not constitute direct or indirect growth inducing impacts for the City of Pleasan- ton. Standards of Significance For purposes of this environmental document, an impact is considered signiftcant if the proposed project would: • Induce substantial growth that is inconsistent with the approved land use plans in place; • Displace affordable housing.
