Pleasanton Gateway Environmental Checklist <br />12. POPULATION AND HOUSING <br />Environmental Setting <br />The site is located entirely within the Stanley Business Park. Over the past decade there have been six <br />development projects proposed in the business park. The site and surrounding area are not currently <br />considered as a desirable location for residential development.
