Discussion a-d) The Pleasanton General Planl forecasts an ambient noise level for the site, based upon its dis- tance - 250 feet -from Stanley Boulevard, of from 60 dbA to 65 dbA by the 2010. This ambient noise level is considered to be "Normally Acceptable" For Office Buildings, Business Commer- cial, and Professional land uses by the Pleasanton General Plan. As a result of project construction, there will be a temporary increase in noise due to construction activities. However, the hours of construction will be limited to minimize any impact to sur- rounding land uses. Therefore, this would be a less-than-signifrcant-impact. e-f) The subject site is not located within the Livermore Airport Master Plan nor within the proxi- mate vicinity of a private airstrip. The subject development will not expose people to excessive noise levels due to aircraft activities. Therefore, this would be categorized as no-impact.
