There are no known endan- <br />gered, threatened, or rare species of flora or fauna known to inhabit the project site or vicinity, <br />nor are there any existing trees on-site. 'therefore, this would be a no-impact. <br />d) There is no adopted Ilabitat Conservation Plan, Natural Community Conservation Plan or other <br />approved local, regional or state habitat conservation plan applicable to this project. Therefore, <br />this would be a no-impact. <br />5.
