Resolution No. 99-037 <br />Page Three <br /> <br /> (iv) Fund 464 - $12,000; Shapell <br /> Cash Balance - $15,588 <br /> Project - Extension of Livingston Way. <br /> This project (#935030) is in the current FY98-99 Capital <br /> Improvement Program and the total budget is $12,000. <br /> <br /> (v) Fund 451 - $3,052; Presley <br /> Cash Balance - $3,999 <br /> Project - Signal - Foothill at Laurel Creek. <br /> Project was constructed by Kaiser Permanente; City is waiting for <br /> Kaiser's invoice. <br /> <br /> (vi) Fund 459 - $5,963; Hatsushi <br /> Cash Balance - $2,830 <br /> Project - Kottinger Sewer Improvements and Kottinger @ First St. <br /> Water Tie-in. <br /> The sewer portion was expended in FY93~94, however the water <br /> portion is currently in the FY98-99 Capital Improvement Program in <br /> Project #961000. <br /> <br /> (vii) Fund 449 - $12,320; Presley <br /> Cash Balance - $16,148 <br /> Project - Police Vehicles (4 wheel drive and off-road motorcycle) <br /> funded by the projects west of Foothill Rd. (north of Bernal Ave.). <br /> This is currently in the FY98-99 Capital Improvement Program. The <br /> total cost of the project is $33,400. <br /> <br /> (viii) Fund 450 - $97,480; Presley <br /> Cash Balance - $47,003 <br /> Project - Fire Vehicles (heavy patrol and water tender) funded by the <br /> projects west of Foothill Rd. (north of Bemal Ave.). <br /> This money was partially expended in FY94-95, however the City is <br /> waiting for one additional developer to contribute before the other <br /> vehicle is purchased. The total cost of the project is estimated to be <br /> $255,000. <br /> <br /> <br />
