Resolution No. 99-037 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> C. There is a' reasonable relationship between the purpose of each of the <br /> developer fees and the purpose for which it is charged and committed as <br /> stated below. <br /> <br /> D. The amount of the development impact fees collected, the cash balance <br /> (including interest eamings) as of June 30, 1998 for each fee held for five <br /> years or more, the purpose the fee is committed, additional sources of <br /> funding and the expected date that funding will be available are as follows: <br /> <br /> (i) Fund 442 - $4,015; Orion Homes <br /> Cash Balance - $5,380 <br /> Project - Kottinger Drive Reconstruction. <br /> This project is currently listed in the FY98-99 Midterm Capital <br /> Improvement Program as unfunded but is planned for the FY99-00 <br /> Capital Improvement Program. The total project budget is $281,300 <br /> and the balance of the project will be funded by gas tax moneys. <br /> <br /> (ii) Fund 443 - $2,131; Orion Homes <br /> Cash Balance - $2,856 <br /> Project - Storm Drain Improvements - Kottinger @ First St. <br /> Project #978057 is funded in the FY98-99 Capital Improvement <br /> Program and this money will be expended in FY 98-99. The total <br /> budget is $742,500 and the balance of the project is funded by the <br /> general fund. <br /> <br /> (iii) Fund 446 - $15,300; Glanville/Auf der Maur <br /> Cash Balance - $20,050 <br /> Project - Undergrounding of Overhead Utilities on Old Stanley <br /> Boulevard. <br /> This project is currently listed in the FY98-99 Midterm Capital <br /> Improvement Program (combined with the reconstruction of the <br /> street) as unfunded. The project budget is currently estimated to be <br /> $1,360,000. <br /> <br /> <br />
