The Grcen Building <br />Compliance Onicial shall provide a copv ofthc approved Pre-Permitting Documcntation <br />markcd "Approved with Excmption" at the hcaring on the Design Revicw or Planned <br />Unit Devclopmcnt Dcsign Revicw and shall notify the Building Division that the flrre- <br />flrermitting dDocumentation has been approved. If an exemption is granted, the <br />aApplicant shall be required to comply with this Chaptcr in all other respccts and shall be <br />required to achicve, in accordance with this Chaptcr, lhe number of credits dctermined to <br />be achievable by the Green Building Compliance Official. If an cxemption is grantcd. <br />the Planning Commission and thc Citv Council shall be notified of the action. Anv <br />member ofthe Planning Commission or City Council may appeal the detcrmination to <br />grant or dcnv an exemPtion. <br />e. Dcnial of Exemption: If the Green Building Compliance Official <br />determines that it is possible for the aApplicant fully meet the requircmcnts of this <br />Chapter, he or shc shall so notify the aApplicant in writing. Thc aApplicant may <br />resubmit lhe flfrc-flfermitting dDocumentation in lull compliance with Sections <br />17.50.050 and 17.50.060. lflhc aApplicant does not- resubmit the flfre-flfermitting <br />dDocumentation, or if the resubmitted flrre-flrermitting eDocumentation docs not <br />comply with Sections 17.50.050 and 17.50.060, the Green Building Compliance Official <br />shall deny the flfre-flfermitting eDocumenlation in accordance with Section <br />17 .SO.060(b). <br /> <br />17.50.090 <br /> <br />Appeal. <br /> <br />218 <br />
