If the Green Building Compliance Official determines that the aApplicant has not achieved the required LEED+M-Green Building raling, thc Green Building Compliance Oflicial shall find as follows: (I) Good Faith Effort to Complv: If the Green Building Compliance Official dctermines that thc eCovered J3frojcct has not met the requircments for lhc applicable LEED+M-Grecn Building rating, as set forth in Section 17.50.040, he or she shall detcrmine on a case-by-case basis whether thc aApplicant has made a good faith effort to comply with this Chapter. In making this dctermination, the Green Building Compliance Official shall considcr the availability of markets for materials 10 be recycled, the availability of gGreen aBuilding matcrials and technologics, -and the documented efforts of the aApplicant to comply with this Chaptcr.
