I N C O R V O R A i E 0 <br />3. Undeveloped property (as that term is defined in Section C, below) within the Covered <br />Area which has not been formally accepted for maintenance by the GRAD. Property is <br />formally accepted for maintenance by the GHAD at the time escrow closes on a Lot. <br />.. _ 4. General maintenance of public rights of way, including but not limited to, patching of <br />cracks in streets, routine work on sewers, etc. <br />5. General maintenance on and silt removal from detention basins and lands under the <br />_ responsibility of the City of Pleasanton. <br />-- 6. Geologic hazards of the type not specifically addressed by the GRAD; see Section II.B, <br />below. <br />7. Property located completely outside the GHAD unless a geologic hazard affects property <br />- within the Covered Area. <br />-- Within the Covered Area, the GHAD's responsibilities include general maintenance of the <br />surface drainage improvements such as the concrete V-ditches; general maintenance of the storm <br />`- drain outlets, including removal of brush and debris; detection and mitigation of potential <br />geologic hazards of the type addressed by the GHAD; and maintenance of emergency vehicle <br />" - access roads.
