Motoreycle Noise -Downtown <br />Ms. Decker advised that with respect to the motorcycle noise, Sgt. Bretzing addressed the <br />issue in a irieirio indicating that the Traffic Unit of the Police Department handles these <br />complaints. To date, no complaints had been received this year, and Downtown <br />businesses place flyers in their windows as a form of self-monitoring_ <br />7n response to an inquiry by Commissioner Blank regarding reporting motorcycle noise, <br />Ms_ Decker confirmed that the Police Department non-eiricrgency line should be called, <br />with a specific request for the Traffic Unit. <br />Tcirinorary Window Si~naQe <br />Ms. Decker advised that two Commissioners would be in attendance at the ad hoc <br />committee addressing temporary window signage_ She added that both the Pleasanton <br />C7hamber of Commerce and the Economic Vitality Committee have expressed interest in <br />participating in the discussion_ She would provide a list and dates for meetings at a <br />future date. <br />Minutes <br />Commissioner Arkin noted that he was not in attendance when the March 23, 2005 <br />Minutes were discussed_ He requested that his agreement with the other Co~r~~rissioners <br />be indicated following the discussion on page 7 of the Nlinutes_ <br />Joint Meeting, <br />Chairperson Maas advised that the Joint City Council-Planning Con~n~ission tratl3c <br />workshop for the General Plan Update would be held on April 26, 2005. <br />Town Hall Meeting <br />Chairperson Maas advised that a town hall n~cati iig regarding the Bernal Yroperty would <br />be held on Monday, April 11, 2005, at 7.30 p_m_ at the Senior Center_ <br />Citv Council Priorities <br />Commissioner Roberts advised that the City Council would. address priorities at its <br />special meeting on April 12, 2005. <br />General Plan Update Request for Proposals lRF P~ <br />Commissioner Black requested that a copy of the RFP for the General Plan Update <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) be made available to the Commission. <br />Spotorno Sconin~ Session for the Supplemental Environmental In-mact Report lEIRI <br />C7ommissioner Blank inquired whether the Commissioners' concerns expressed at the <br />scoping session would be addressed in the EIR. Ms. Decker speculated that each <br />comment made at the scoping session would not be addressed individually but that the <br />concern would be.
