Motoreycle Noise -Downtown Ms. Decker advised that with respect to the motorcycle noise, Sgt. Bretzing addressed the issue in a irieirio indicating that the Traffic Unit of the Police Department handles these complaints. To date, no complaints had been received this year, and Downtown businesses place flyers in their windows as a form of self-monitoring_ 7n response to an inquiry by Commissioner Blank regarding reporting motorcycle noise, Ms_ Decker confirmed that the Police Department non-eiricrgency line should be called, with a specific request for the Traffic Unit. Tcirinorary Window Si~naQe Ms. Decker advised that two Commissioners would be in attendance at the ad hoc committee addressing temporary window signage_ She added that both the Pleasanton C7hamber of Commerce and the Economic Vitality Committee have expressed interest in participating in the discussion_ She would provide a list and dates for meetings at a future date. Minutes Commissioner Arkin noted that he was not in attendance when the March 23, 2005 Minutes were discussed_ He requested that his agreement with the other Co~r~~rissioners be indicated following the discussion on page 7 of the Nlinutes_ Joint Meeting, Chairperson Maas advised that the Joint City Council-Planning Con~n~ission tratl3c workshop for the General Plan Update would be held on April 26, 2005. Town Hall Meeting Chairperson Maas advised that a town hall n~cati iig regarding the Bernal Yroperty would be held on Monday, April 11, 2005, at 7.30 p_m_ at the Senior Center_ Citv Council Priorities Commissioner Roberts advised that the City Council would. address priorities at its special meeting on April 12, 2005. General Plan Update Request for Proposals lRF P~ Commissioner Black requested that a copy of the RFP for the General Plan Update Environmental Impact Report (EIR) be made available to the Commission. Spotorno Sconin~ Session for the Supplemental Environmental In-mact Report lEIRI C7ommissioner Blank inquired whether the Commissioners' concerns expressed at the scoping session would be addressed in the EIR. Ms. Decker speculated that each comment made at the scoping session would not be addressed individually but that the concern would be.
