Important <br /> EXPERIENCE issues included traffic, vegetation and wildlife, hazardous <br /> materials (mine seepage), and effects on adjacent uses. <br />Ms. Lampert has been a key staff member at Mundie <br /> & Associates since 1987. Her experience includes Fiscal Impacts of the San Ramon General Plan } Impacts on <br /> enviromental impact analysis as well as general and operating revenues and costs of the Preferred Plan, <br /> specific plans, real estate feasibility analysis, fiscal formulated by a community Steering Committee to update <br /> the existing General Plan. In addition to projections of <br /> impact analyses and market studies for both public furore operating surpluses/deficits and changes in the <br /> and private clients.
