Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive the report. <br /> <br />2. Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive the report. <br /> <br />3. Approve the meeting minutes of October 22, 2025 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan opened the public comment. There being no speakers, Chair Morgan closed the public <br />comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Jain/Pace to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended.
