Enhance Visibility, Marketing & Branding Strategy <br />The Economic Development Division will create marketing <br />collateral to share with brokers, developers, employers, <br />and business targets. The use of City logos, taglines and <br />other economic development messaging will be consistently <br />utilized in BRE Program activities. Materials will be updated <br />periodically to report on the City of Pleasanton’s economic <br />development successes and opportunities. <br />Expand BRE Program Communications & <br />Outreach Strategy <br />The Economic Development Division will procure and manage <br />internal project management software to expand existing and <br />target business lists. The outreach strategy will include multiple <br />tiers of communication channels directed by a schedule to ensure <br />timely follow-up on critical business needs. <br />Formalize Recurring Employer/Business Meetings <br />to Create Touchpoints with City <br />The Economic Development Division will plan and deliver <br />recurring employer/business meetings to build personal <br />relationships and expand the City’s list of community champions <br />through exceptional customer service. This data will evolve over <br />time into both a network of high value business contacts and a <br />collection mechanism for feedback on-site selection decisions. <br />Assess & Strengthen Talent/Workforce <br />Development Offerings <br />The City will routinely market the capacity to facilitate <br />workforce development training programs and employment <br />events.
