Is email by the City Council to the City Clerk considered ‘in writing’ for call up? <br />This seems a bit ‘challengeable’ by the applicant if email? Should it be more so <br />“in writing, in email, or in person” or something more like that? (Pg 152) <br /> <br />A. Yes, an email is considered to be a request ‘in writing.’ This is similar to the <br />approach the City allows for appeals in general, which permit an interested <br />party to submit a request via email, mail or to hand-deliver it. <br /> <br />
