Additionally, Focal Species <br />Impact/Mitigation Scoring Sheets located in <br />Appendix E of the EACCS were used as part <br />of the assessment for suitability of <br />mitigation lands for the badger. <br />Standardized mitigation ratios for the <br />badger, according to Table 3-10 in the <br />EACCS, is 3:1 within the East Bay Hills <br />Mitigation Area, where the project and <br />associated conservation land are sited. <br />MM BIO-1f: Mitigation Measure for <br />Crotch’s Bumble Bee <br />A qualified Biologist shall conduct pre- <br />construction surveys with methodology <br />approved by the California Department of <br />Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) during the three <br />stages of Crotch’s bumble bee flight period; <br />once a positive identification is made, no <br />further general surveys are necessary; at <br />that point, intensive surveys would occur. <br />The three stages of flight periods include: 1) <br />queen flight after emergence is February– <br />March; 2) highest detection time for nests is
