Bike/Ped sources, like Safe Routes to <br />School, can only be spent on bike/ped projects. Only a small fraction of the <br />WLP project is for bike/ped. Each item of cost should be broken down into <br />bike/ped and non-bike/ped by the vendors. The money should also be <br />identified as bike/ped-only, if that's the case. <br />Council should be aware of these details. It is not evident in the agenda <br />packet. <br />
