This <br /> should make it safer for Residents to exit the neighborhood (see Point #10 ). We also think that it <br /> would allow the existing access road adjacent to the Old Vineyard Trail to be removed (along with <br /> the associated retention wall). That would allow the Neighborhood Park to connect directly and at <br /> the same grade to Old Vineyard Trail.
