Other Ironwood homes, not next to the East <br />Wall of the Village, would likely or certain to suffer from the more-impacted “comparables” when putting <br />a house up for sale, since “comps” are used in evaluatfng market value of similar propertfes in the <br />general area. <br />THIS APPARENT ABUSE WOLD BE A WILLFUL ACT, KNOWING THE SITUATION OF THE ELDERLY <br />RESIDENTS NEARBY and should be subject to elder abuse under the subject California Penal code and <br />harsh Health & Safety environmental, both during years of construction, as well as for their (possibly <br />reduced) lifetimes. <br />Thank you for your good work in making the Arroyo Lago plan more suitable with the annexatfon plan, <br />but not sufficient to eliminate the elder abuse and other issues described above. It would go a long way <br />toward acceptability if the setback would be increased substantfally, and environmental soil, air and <br />quality-of-life issues were seriously addressed. <br />See the drawings below for a reality check on the proposed plan.
