City <br />staff determines curb and gutter replacement loca- <br />tions through field inspections. <br />Project Funding <br />te0 <br />Project Justification: <br />This annual project will restore proper street gutter <br />drainage run-off to protect the pavement from failure <br />due to saturated subgrade conditions.
