The <br />actual locations each year will be determined after the <br />annual review of the Pavement Management System <br />(PMS) survey data and field analysis. The project will <br />include performing base repairs and crack sealing, <br />replacing existing traffic loop detectors, installing traffic <br />signal cameras, and reconstructing pavement surfac- <br />es. Traffic striping will be updated to accommodate <br />new bike lanes in accordance with the Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Master Plan. <br />Project Funding <br />Project Justification: <br />This annual project is needed to help keep city <br />streets in a serviceable, smooth riding condition for <br />vehicular traffic, and to maintain streets at the cur- <br />rent Pavement Condition Index.
