Phase 1 will be <br />between Willow Road to Stoneridge Drive, recon- <br />structing or replacing portions of the roadway and <br />sidewalk. It will also include pedestrian, bicycle, and <br />transit improvements to bring the corridor up to an <br />all users and abilities design standard. The <br />WLP Boulevard corridor is identified in the 2018 Pe- <br />destrian Bicycle Master Plan as the highest -priority <br />corridor.
