City Council Minutes Page 4 of 7 January 21, 2025 <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Accept the construction of the project as complete, authorize the City Clerk <br />to file a Notice of Completion, and authorize the release of the retention in <br />the amount of $51,898.74 to American Wholesale Lighting 30 days after the <br />recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br />2.Authorize $3,000 of expenditure to be held in the project balance to <br />complete as-built drawings by Dahlin Group Architects. <br />3.Authorize the return of the project’s remaining balance of $184,678 to the <br />Miscellaneous CIP – General Fund (F201). <br />13.Approve the purchase of a Backhoe Loader from Peterson CAT in the not-to- <br />exceed amount of $256,781 inclusive of a 15 percent contingency <br />Recommendation: Approve the purchase of a Backhoe Loader from Peterson CAT <br />in the not-to-exceed amount of $256,781 inclusive of a 15 percent contingency. <br />14.Approve second amendment to the purchase order with Roth Staffing Company, <br />L.P. for a the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 and to extend the term to June 30, <br />2025 <br />Recommendation: Approve the second amendment to the purchase order with <br />Roth Staffing Company, L.P., for $51,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of <br />$150,000 and extend the term of the purchase order to June 30, 2025. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />15.Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda – Speakers are limited to <br />3 minutes. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment.
