City Council Minutes Page 4 of 7 January 21, 2025 Recommendation: 1.Accept the construction of the project as complete, authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion, and authorize the release of the retention in the amount of $51,898.74 to American Wholesale Lighting 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 2.Authorize $3,000 of expenditure to be held in the project balance to complete as-built drawings by Dahlin Group Architects. 3.Authorize the return of the project’s remaining balance of $184,678 to the Miscellaneous CIP – General Fund (F201). 13.Approve the purchase of a Backhoe Loader from Peterson CAT in the not-to- exceed amount of $256,781 inclusive of a 15 percent contingency Recommendation: Approve the purchase of a Backhoe Loader from Peterson CAT in the not-to-exceed amount of $256,781 inclusive of a 15 percent contingency. 14.Approve second amendment to the purchase order with Roth Staffing Company, L.P. for a the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 and to extend the term to June 30, 2025 Recommendation: Approve the second amendment to the purchase order with Roth Staffing Company, L.P., for $51,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 and extend the term of the purchase order to June 30, 2025.
